**Harris-Fandel Co. started in 1937 by two former employees of Vega Guitars co., when Mike Harris and Burt Fandel set up shop in Boston, MA. In the 1960s Harris-Fandel distributed
Kent brand of guitar amplifiers. They also owned the “Black Jack” trademark.
